Our Process
To build a strong foundation for success, we start with a complete case assessment to identify goals and most suitable option(s), followed by a formal agreement outlining the roles and expectations of both Mentor and client participant, including details such as: when the pair will meet; how frequently and for how long; terms; and the goals of the engagement.
While the duration and frequency of mentoring meetings varies, most mentoring partners meet or talk either once per week or twice per month for 1 to 1.5 hours at a time. The format and content of these conversations may vary, but typically consist of brainstorming sessions to develop SMART goals (Specific -simple, sensible, significant; Measurable -meaningful, motivating; Achievable -agreed, attainable; Relevant -reasonable, realistic and resourced, results-based; Time bound -time-based, time limited, time/cost limited, timely, time-sensitive), solve problems, updates and follow-ups on current projects, or more focused discussion of professional development or business investment visa opportunity-related topics. Each session ends with actionable steps to achieve goals and intensions.

The Total Package program includes the Enterprise program + more substantial business planning and organization, including Corporate General Counsel business services + multiple business-line and brand development. The Total Package program delivers a deep immersive experience and positions USAVCS to operate as extension of the client’s internal team – working closely with executives, staff and partners to imagine, articulate, strategize, and participate in management decisions of client’s business clients business planning and operations to help steer the company’s success. As an extension of the internal management team, USAVCS works with client at arm’s length to ensure that client’s enterprise has the right support to ensure that the business operations have the greatest chance for success. Like the Enterprise program, the Total Package program is designed for seasoned foreign business owners and entrepreneurs considering EB-5, L-1, and E-2 visa options.
