President Biden implemented travel restrictions suspending entry to the United States of all non-exempt foreign nationals from the following countries:
*Schengen Area (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland);
*United Kingdom;
*Ireland;
*Brazil; and
*South Africa
The ban applies to all non-exempt foreign nationals who were physically present within any of the aforementioned countries during the 14-day period preceding their entry or attempted entry into the United States.
Foreign nationals exempted from the travel suspensions, include:
*Lawful permanent residents (“green card” holders) of the United States;
*Foreign national spouses of U.S. citizens or green card holders
